Matrida has more than 12 years’ experience in project design, Planning, monitoring and Evaluation with more than 9 years serving in senior management teams. She has strong experience working in multidisciplinary and multicultural environment with international organizations and Government departments. She has strong leadership skills with significant contributions on providing strategic leadership in strategic planning and program development and management. Before joining WWF Matrida has worked with International Labour Office (ILO) Dar es Salaam, Plan International and CARE international in Program and project Management. Matrida Holds an MBA from the University of Dar Es Salaam
